The mission statement of SFBF is to “provide services to promote benchmark excellence.”
To meet this goal, SFBF has developed an operational structure that covers all aspects of a benchmark’s lifecycle and provides comfort to its clients that all aspects of the operation of the benchmarks are carried out to the highest standards.
Code of Conduct
SFBF operates its platforms according to our own Code of Conduct. The Code outlines the standards that we apply to the provision of our services from a Governance, Policy, Procedural, and Operational perspective. The Code of Conduct has provisions for annual internal and external audits.
Code of Ethics
SFBF operates to a published Code of Ethics which clearly outlines the expectations SFBF has of its staff and their interaction with clients and other stakeholders.
SFBF systems operate to a high level of operational security. All calls, emails and activities are monitored and reviewed by compliance staff. All system activities are logged and reviewed regularly with full audit capability. The collection of data is achieved via encrypted channels and data access is monitored. GRSS systems have been designed to provide high levels of protection from cyber intrusions
Conflicts of Interest/Whistleblowing/Complaints
The SFBF Compliance team ensures that any conflicts are recorded and managed according to our policy. Our complaints and whistleblowing policy allows internal staff and external stakeholders to hold us accountable for our actions.
Service Level Agreements
SFBF provides services under agreed Service Level Agreements to its clients.
The staff at SFBF re-certify to all key policies on an annual basis.
