Publication of the STIBOR Determination Framework

Today, 15 November 2021, SFBF has published the STIBOR Governance Code of Conduct and the STIBOR Code of Obligations of Calculation Agent. Additionally, SFBF has published updated versions of the STIBOR Panel Bank Code of Conduct, the STIBOR Calculation Methodology and the STIBOR Post Publication Re-determination policy, collectively the STIBOR Determination Framework.  

The STIBOR Determination Framework comes into force on 15 November 2021, the commencement date of the transition period. SFBF will announce when the transition period has ended, and the revised Determination Framework is implemented.
